The short answer
NextMinute and Foreman do different jobs. NextMinute is job management for residential trades: quoting, scheduling, timesheets, invoicing and job costing, from $199 a month plus GST for 3 to 9 users. It has no site inductions. Foreman is built for the site records: QR inductions, the site diary and crew hours. Your first project is free with every feature, then it's $29 a month for each person with a login.

Foreman does site inductions, the site diary, crew hours, tasks, forms and project documents, and keeps them simple enough for the whole crew.
