About
Site software made for small Aussie builders.
Foreman was built for builders running their jobs off a phone, a paper diary and a WhatsApp group. It puts the inductions and diaries for every site in one place, on the phones the crew already carry.
Why we built Foreman
Small builders carry a huge amount of admin. Site diaries live in a notebook in the ute, inductions are loose bits of paper, tasks get lost in text messages, and safety forms only surface when something goes wrong.
The big construction platforms are built for Tier 1 contractors, not the builder running three or four jobs at once. They’re expensive, complicated and overkill.
Foreman puts the site diary, inductions, tasks, project documents and safety forms in one place, and it runs in a phone’s browser. It’s easy enough for the whole crew, and the office can find any record when WorkSafe, a client or a head contractor asks.
How we build it
Focused on site records
Foreman does inductions, site diaries, tasks, forms and project documents. Estimating and invoicing stay in the tools you already use for them, so the crew have less to learn.
Built for the site
Foreman runs in the phone's browser, so the crew and subbies use the phone they already carry. We design every screen for someone on site with one hand free.
Fair pricing
Your first job is free. After that you pay for each person with a login, and visitors who induct at the gate are always free.
