Using Foreman

Foreman provides site software for builders, including site diaries, inductions, tasks, project information and compliance tools.

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Accounts and users

You may invite team members to your account. Paid plans are billed per active user. Visitors and induction-only users are free and don't count as paid users.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Custom plans for teams with more than 30 users are billed on negotiated terms agreed with our team.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Your content

You own the information and records you create in Foreman. You grant us the permissions needed to store and process that data so we can provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Foreman, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it unlawfully, or use it to store unlawful content.

Liability

Foreman is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

These terms are provided as general information and are not legal advice.
