- How much does Foreman cost?
- Your first job is free, with every feature and unlimited users. After that it's $29 a month for each person with a login, or $23.20 a month billed yearly, for unlimited projects. Builders with more than 30 users can talk to us about custom pricing.
- Who counts as a paid user?
- Anyone with a login counts: Admins, Site Managers and crew. Visitors and subbies who only complete an induction at the gate never count. If you give a subbie a login so they can fill in diaries or forms, they count like anyone else. Removing someone's access takes them off the bill.
- What will I pay for my team?
- One job is free, whatever the size of your crew. Across several jobs you pay for each person with a login. For example, you, two supervisors, an office admin and two leading hands is 6 logins: $174 a month, or $139.20 a month billed yearly. Subbies and visitors who only induct at your gates cost nothing, however many there are.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Your first job is free forever, with everything on it: site diary, crew hours, inductions, tasks, forms and documents, for as many users as you like. You only pay when you start a second job. No card is needed to start.
- Do you offer pricing for larger builders?
- Yes. If you have more than 30 users we offer custom, negotiated pricing along with priority onboarding, volume discounts and a dedicated account manager. Contact us to talk it through.
- Are there lock-in contracts?
- No. Foreman is month to month. If you cancel, your account stays viewable with all its records, and you can subscribe again at any time to start adding to it.
