The address, access and gate codes, site hours and client contact sit on the project's Site information card. Everyone on the job sees it as soon as they open the project.
Plans and specs that open on a phone
Upload PDFs, JPGs and PNGs up to 25 MB each, 20 at a time, and file them in folders like Drawings or Engineering. Crew open them in the browser and pinch to zoom.
Only the current revision
Replace a file and the new one takes the old one's place in the list, so the crew open the current set every time.
Contracts stay with your leads
Mark any document Site Managers and Admins only, and the rest of the crew won't see it. Use it for contracts and budgets.
SWMS and SDS read at the induction
Upload your SWMS, SDS register, evacuation plan and insurance certificates to OHS Information. They're shown above the declaration on the site induction, so everyone reads them before they sign.

Frequently asked questions
- What project information can I keep in Foreman?
- Each project has a Site information card for the address, client contact, access and gate codes, site hours and a description of the job. Two document libraries sit beside it: Project documents for plans, specs, contracts and approvals, and OHS Information for SWMS, safety data sheets and evacuation plans.
- What is an SDS register?
- An SDS register lists the hazardous chemicals used on a site, with the current safety data sheet for each, so anyone handling them can read how to do it safely. In Foreman, upload the register or the sheets themselves to OHS Information.
- Can my crew change the documents?
- Crew are read-only. Admins can manage information and documents on every project, and Site Managers on the projects they manage.
- Who can see the OHS documents?
- Anyone with the site's induction link, including visitors and subbies who don't have a login, because they need to read them before signing the induction. Keep anything private in Project documents, where you choose who sees each file.
- What file types can I upload?
- PDF, JPG and PNG, up to 25 MB each and 20 files at a time. Most plans and spec books are already PDFs, so save Word or Excel files as a PDF before you upload them.
- Do my crew need to download an app?
- No. Foreman runs in the browser on the phone they already carry. Each person signs in with their own login and sees the projects they're assigned to.
