Moving from EVA Check-in

Set up a project, add your site documents and SWMS, and put the QR sign on the gate. Workers induct on their own phone the next time they arrive, and your crew can write the day's diary entry from the same app. Your first project is free, so you can run one job on both before you decide.

What it costs for a small team

EVA Check-in: three sites on the Business plan, which includes inductions, is AUD $300 a month. Its pricing page offers 80% off each site after the fifth.

Foreman, for the same three sites with you and one supervisor logged in: $58 a month, or $46.40 a month billed yearly. Inductions are free and unlimited on every site, and the price doesn't change as you add sites.

What Foreman leaves out, on purpose

Foreman does site inductions, the site diary, crew hours, tasks, forms and project documents, and keeps them simple enough for the whole crew. It leaves out estimating, quoting, invoicing, scheduling and job costing. If you need those in the same system as your site records, a full construction management platform will suit you better.
