What to ask before you get a quote

  • Is the price per user, per site, per project or based on construction volume?
  • Do subcontractors and visitors who only induct count towards the price?
  • Does a worker need to download an app or create an account to induct?
  • Is there a site diary, or does that need another product?
  • Is it month to month, or an annual contract paid upfront?

Foreman answers all five on its free site induction software page.

Site induction software pricing questions

How much does site induction software cost in Australia?
It ranges from free to an annual contract priced on your construction volume. Of the products compared here, SiteBook, Sitemate, Mitti and EVA Check-in publish prices and SignOnSite, HammerTech, LinkSafe, BuildPass and Procore are quote-only. Foreman is free forever for one project with every feature, then $29 a month for each person with a login, or $23.20 billed yearly.
Is there free site induction software?
Foreman's site inductions are free and unlimited on every plan, including the free plan, and people who only induct are never billed. Mitti (formerly SafetyCulture) has a free plan for up to 10 users, but its site sign-in is a paid add-on.
Why don't most site induction platforms publish prices?
Several price on company size or annual construction volume and sell through a sales call, which suits head contractors and larger builders. A small builder comparing options has to request quotes to find out.
